Returns & Exchanges

Jaipuria Threads adheres to the highest quality standards and takes great care in deliveries. In the rare instance you are not happy with your purchase, please note the following exchange policy.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE

Your purchase may be eligible for exchange based on the criteria below:

  • Fabrics: Eligible for exchange due to size issues within 7 days of delivery, if original packaging and tags are intact and the product is not used or washed. Design Partner brands are not eligible for exchanges.
  • Home Category Products: Not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product has a quality/manufacturing defect or is delivered broken. Please photograph the defect immediately upon opening the package.
  • Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale or at discounted prices are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Customized Products: Special bulk orders or customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • International Orders: Not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Gifts: Items purchased as gifts online are not eligible for exchange, refund, or return.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

If your purchase meets the exchange criteria, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery via:

For damage or quality issues, please provide the order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and images of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in. For garment size exchanges, include the purchased size, the problem faced, and the new size required. Our customer care team will investigate and respond within 2 working days. Upon receiving communication from our customer care team, please follow the steps below:

For Quality Issues/Defects:

  1. Pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, hangers, and any other inclusions.
  2. Upon receipt and quality inspection of the product at our warehouse, a replacement piece will be dispatched within standard shipping timelines. If a replacement is not available, a credit note for the full amount will be issued.
  3. Credit notes can be used on our website and in stores.

For Size Exchange of Garments:

  1. Pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, hangers, and any other inclusions.

  2. Send the product back to us at the address below, carefully packaged. Customers bear all costs associated with returning the product.

  3. Upon receipt and quality inspection of the product at our warehouse, a replacement piece will be dispatched once we have received payment for shipping charges of the new piece. If a replacement is unavailable, a credit note for the amount after deduction of initial shipping charges will be issued.

  4. Credit notes can be used on our website and in stores.

  5. Size exchanges are only available for the same style of fabric or textile purchased.

  6. We cannot replace garments with a different style even if the price is the same.

  7. Size exchanges are not applicable for purchases made during sale periods or on customized orders.

  8. Size exchanges are not applicable for Design Partner brands.

REFUND POLICY

  • If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria stated above, we will happily exchange it and offer a fresh piece.
  • If a replacement piece is unavailable, we will issue and email a credit note to the registered email address used during the purchase.
  • The credit note is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and can be redeemed both online and at any of our stores across India.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled or amended.
  • Products purchased during sale periods or at discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products purchased prior to a sale cannot be exchanged during the sale period.
  • Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in stores, and vice versa.
  • No refunds are provided if the customer has given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
  • No refunds are given if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or if the package is refused by the recipient.
  • No refunds are given for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the duty as mandated by the respective country and does not collect the order from the shipping agency.
  • Ensure the delivery received is in good condition and has not been tampered with before signing for acceptance.
  • In case of a damaged package, retain the original packaging (with price tags, invoices, labels, etc.) until our team reviews it. Write “Received Damaged” on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing with the courier partner.
  • The customer is responsible return & Exchange shipping charges.
